Braeburn House
Braeburn House is a purpose–built rehabilitation and recovery service for men and women who have a primary diagnosis of mental illness. The service is provided and managed by Greater Manchester West Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

The service is situated in the heart of Salford, Greater Manchester. The Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) work together to support individuals to develop the necessary coping strategies and skills for an independent life within a more community-based setting.
Facilities include internal and external therapeutic and recreational areas, as well as designated occupational therapy rooms for art and education, and a fully equipped gymnasium. There are also three rehabilitation kitchens, and horticultural gardens to encourage individuals to get involved in practical skills.
Braeburn House provides:
- 22 rehabilitation and recovery beds (Buile Hill Ward and Light Oaks Ward)
- 6 step-down beds (The Crescent)
