More information about Rosebank House

Rosebank House provides an eclectic model, combining a range of interventions to create individualized care and treatment plans to meet the needs of patients to empower them in their recovery. We offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for psychosis, trauma-focused interventions, substance misuse and recovery work and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

The support we offer

The rehabilitation pathway aims to promote recovery and improve the patient’s everyday functioning, supported by a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).

Individuals are encouraged to co-produce their therapeutic programme and their own rehabilitation pathway. At each stage in care pathway, individuals identify and develop their own treatment needs and how to achieve their goals.

Each patient’s risk is assessed through a range of tools to support the management of challenging behaviours. This promotes each patient’s strengths and encourages engagement in occupational and vocational activities to enhance their recovery. The aim of this is to provide hope for a meaningful life in the community.
