Ann, a mother of a former service user kindly shares her heartfelt story. She reflects on her daughter’s
journey at Rhodes Wood Hospital our specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service for children and
young people and what recovery looks like from a parent’s perspective. During the film Ann
particularly highlights the vital role of staff support and communication throughout her daughter’s
time at Rhodes Wood.
By sharing her story she hopes to inspire and encourage others facing similar experiences, by offering
them the hope and strength to never give up.
